SLED Learning Design for Leaders is a cohort programme for leaders in elite sport who want to design development that changes practice, not just delivers content. Participants learn to diagnose real performance needs, design experiences around the person rather than the topic, and build learning into the flow of work. The programme draws on SLED’s Detective–Artist–Engineer approach and tools including the PLAN canvas and learning needs analysis.
